I have been asked more than once what my secret to weight loss is. Well there isn't a secret . Plus there is no real short cut from this.
But it isn't as hard as it sounds nor do you starve. The above photo was taken around 4 years ago when I weighed in at 298 pounds. I was very lucky I wasn't diabetic.
It struck me one day that gee, there isn't any food or treat that taste so good that my knees should hurt so bad when I walk a half a block to check the mail. Then it really hit me, "nothing taste as good as my good health feels." NOTHING !

I eat only the foods I enjoy, but not as much as I use to. Over eating is so easy to do . each and everyone of us have done it one time or another in our lives. For those of us who have done so in excess. It doesn't make us weak, inferior or bad, just human.
It has taken several years to come as far as I have, but those years have been mostly painless because of the slow weight loss I have shrived for.
Quick weight loss has never worked for me. cutting calories too severely does nothing but make me want to eat all the more.
Sparkpeople.com has even helped with the amount of calories, carbs, fat and protein I should consume daily.
Not quik like a bunny, but I can say this.
Vivian is going to keep going and going and going until she looks like a grandma should.
