Points Update-Going for $100

I'm at work this morning, so I actually wrote this post last night. I wanted to take the time to thank y'all for all of the views/comments. I love talking with y'all and love Gather. It still amazes me daily that I can have a great time here and earn points that I can redeem for items that I want.

I had 2,953 points last night which means I'll most likely be over 3,000 at some point today. That means I'm now past one goal and moving on to the next small attainable goal, to get to 3,125(the $50 cashout level). I can't believe I'm already talking about being halfway there. Crazy!

I've got a few posts to do today, but I'll be in and out with work. I'm excited about this weekend as my boyfriend just mentioned that he wants to go to Willamsburg(VA) on Sunday, so I'll have plenty of pictures to share when we get back.

I'm somewhere between 1000 and 2000. Just spent my $25 Target card yesterday for some cool movies...I'll post later. Need to do some serious posting this weekend...really been sliding with other things going on.

That's great! I'm a big fan of movies and you can always find some great deals. I'm a big fan of the $5 bin at Wal-Mart. I can always find something there. Looking forward to your posts this weekend.

You must spend a tremendous amount of time posting to collect that many points. I pay little attention to mine but I have been on Gather for a long time and still do not have enough for $50. Maybe in another year or so at the rate I am moving.

So you are headed for Williamsburg? My book, which was published a few days ago, is based in that area for the plot. It is an historical novel and is centered around an Indian peace conference in Williamsburg in the 1730's. It is entitled "Kindred Spirits". Are you presently located in that area?

I do spend quite a bit of time here, but I have a great group of friends that comment on all of my stuff, so I'm very lucky here. I stop in during the day at work, and comment back(like now), but still have a lot to catch up on.

Oh really? I live in Richmond, so it's not all that far for me to go. I was baptised and confirmed in Bruton Parish Church in historic Williamsburg and my parents both went to W&M. My boyfriend's never seen it, so we're doing the historical tour. A ride horses, and ride quite a bit both east of richmond towards Williamsburg and west of Richmond towards Charlottesville.

I'll have to check out your book.

'Gratz! I'm about $25 above where you are at the moment. Need to do more to make it rise, though, I've been lazy this month due to pain and resting.

im at 102, cashed out last night around 11 PM. also i got two of my payouts the other day deposited into my paypal. always nice! 2 more and i think im going to buy that Domain name! they are still 5 behind too! i have been doing great on here lately!

Wow! You had a great day! Congrats on your cashout! You have been doing really well! Just out of curiosity, are you going through Go Daddy to purchase your domain name, or something else. I've been looking at getting one for a while and may just bite the bullet around the end of the year/beginning of 2011.

I am totally backed up on Gather mail, sorry this is late.

You are doing really well. I have less than 500 points to go till cash out now. I am hoping if I finally clear the Gather mail I will get more than that so I can cash out. I want to cash out now so I get my GC's in time to do holiday shopping.
