I love listening to NPR and this week is their Fall Membership Campaign. When I get a chance, I usually mention this to my friends and acquaintance.
So I asked a friend if he listened to NPR. He had a huge pull-back and said, "NO!!!!" I was rather startled by his reaction. I asked him why he acted like that. He told me NPR is a bunch of liberal propaganda. I was stunned. I named a few programs I liked, and a few discussion topics I enjoyed. My friend was able to poke holes, although he did agree that programs like Car Talk and Splendid Table have no political stance.
I am still sort of in shock. I just never thought of NPR that way.

I assume you mean AIDS? It helps to learn what you're talking about before talking.
