The Arboleda family was chosen to be the latest family to receive a new home courtesy of ABC's Extreme Makeover Home Edition. Last night America witnessed not only a family in need of a new home get one, but a new sensation that will be sure to take over the country if not world.
“Move to the Groove†is a program that the father of the family created to teach children how to get in shape while having fun. Dancing to energizing music is how Rex Arboleda keeps his students in Wisconsin active.
A special treat for fans and the family was the special addition of Derek Hough and his pals from ABC’s Dancing with the Stars. Houghk had hands on involvement in this special project that was near and dear to his heart. His approval of Arboleda’s “Move to the Groove†was obvious through his apparent love of dance and being fit. With help from other dancers, they created a home including a dance studio in the basement.
With budgets all over the country being cut, he has incorporated his method of dancing to music called "Move to the Groove" and created this fun workout for everyone. With childhood obesity on the rise and a tan all time high, America needs this.
