DC9: DC Nightclub Tragedy
According to multiple sources, including the Washington Times, 5 men have been charged with aggravated assault for the death of a man. Around 2:00 am Friday morning, Ali Ahmed Mohammed of Silver Spring, Maryland, 27, wanted to enter the DC9 Lounge on U Street in Northwest, Washington, DC, to which, he was declined entry. He then grabbed two bricks and proceeded to throw them into the window of the lounge. The co-owner, William Spieler, and 4 other employees ran after Mohammed. An unidentified witness stated that they heard the victim beg for mercy as Spieler and the 4 employees relentlessly beat and stomped him.
Ahmed Mohammed was later rushed to the hospital and pronounced dead around 3:15 am. Though an autopsy was completed, a ruling cannot be rendered until the lab tests are performed. Initially, the men were charged with second-degree murder; however, aided by the DC medical examiner not observing "external injuries sufficient to allow it to opine on the cause of death", the employees and their co-owner's charges were reduced. This was a sigh of relief to the 60 supports that packed the courtroom on Saturday but what do you think? Should the suspects be charged with second degree murder or was this an act of "vigilante justice" that was warranted?

im going to assume that that kind of follows the "eye for an eye" rule
so window = window (or other similar PROPERTY damage)
not window = life....
charge the low life's for what they did, murder
