Brooke Burke and husband in legal trouble

Reports confirm that Dancing with the Stars host Brooke Burke and former Baywatch star David Charvet are under investigation after allegations that they bought stolen items for their million dollar Malibu mansion.

The allegations claim that the couple acquired appliances from EuroConcepts employee Zalfa Halaby making payments directly to her instead of the store. The couple is now in the middle of a lawsuit to that effect.

However, the couple denies the accusations.
