A fan was arrested for proclaiming his love out in front of her NYC apartment. He is now being told to stay away, at least 10 blocks.
That was a condition made by the judge and the bail was set at $20,000.
Robert Linhart, a 59 year old retired firefighter was arrested last month. According to authorities, Linhart had put up messages that said "Crazy for You" and "Material Girl" just outside the singers apartment complex which is near Manhattan's Central Park.
The messages weren't threatening in any way, just signs of being a fan according to Linhart's lawyer.
Linkhart wasn't indicted for any graffiti charges and he pleaded not guilty on Friday for resisting arrest and for weapons possessions. According to the authorities, Linkhart was carrying a knife and an ice pick on him at the time of the incident.
