Foreclosuregate

Could tens of thousands of Americans soon stop making payments on their mortgage and yet be able to remain in their homes because banks are legally powerless to foreclose?Â In anticipation of this possibility, some banks are already taking the law into their own hands and, even without a foreclosure, are breaking and entering the homes they think they own, to change the locks on the house when the "owner" is not home.

[In most states, if you discover someone in your home without invitation or warrant, you are allowed to shoot them.]

Happens all the time around here (banks changing locks, not shooting intruders!)

There should be no reason here for such, as all my payments are on time, and occassionally weeks ahead of time. However with the ever increasing amount of people falling behind and the inept people not reading most of the paperwork right, it can still happen. I don't know what the laws here in Ky are, but if I find anyone trying to change my locks or breaking in when I'm home they will be filled with so much lead you can use thier behind for a pencil!

Banks are "supposed" to be the epitome of upstanding but they are not & never have been...! Bankers are almost bas bad as politicians at being dirty...!
