Sassy could not pass up a deal like this.  The regular price on these is $3.85, they were on sale for $2 and I had a $1 coupon, so my final cost was only $1.

I've never liked anything I've tried in the Lean Cuisine line of frozen products, but I do like the steamer bags of frozen vegetables.  Yep, these are a different way to microwave a frozen meal.   Instead of being in a tray like other frozen dinners, these Market Creations are in steamer bags.  Five minutes in the microwave, and then pour steaming meal onto a plate.

Available in eight varieties:

• Asiago Cheese Tortellini
• Chicken Alfredo
• Chicken Margherita
• Garlic Chicken
• Mushroom Tortellini
• Shanghai Style Shrimp
• Shrimp Scampi
• Sweet & Spicy Ginger Chicken

They all sound great.  I chose the Mushroom Tortellini: "portobello mushroom and cheese stuffed tortellini with snap peas, sun-dried tomatoes, peas and red peppers in a creamy mushroom sauce".

There were six large tortellini and plenty of vegetables.  The taste was great!  I just love steamed vegetables and the tortellini was done to perfection.  My only complaint was the sauce was a little too garlicky for me.  If I hadn't already known these were 'Lean' Cuisine with only 280 calories in 10 ounces, I would not have guessed that.

On a scale of one to ten, Sassy awards Lean Cuisine Market Creations an 8.  It's not homemade but for sale price ($1 to $2) and five minutes in the microwave, these make a very, very good meal.
