Tila Tequila: Extortion Over Sex Tape

Tila Tequila claims she's being extorted over a sex tape. The reality star from "Shot At Love" says the tape is a thing of the past.

According to a report from RadarOnline, Tequila claims she was approached by a former boyfriend who told her he still has in his possession a sex tape the pair made while vacationing some years back.

“He said he’ll put out the tape unless I pay him $75,000,” Tila told RadarOnline.com.

“He has the audacity to not only betray me with the love that I had for him, but to use that to exploit me and hurt me.”

Tia Tequila says the ex-boyfriend has already approached several porn film distributors and is holding out for whichever one will pay him the best price to purchase the footage.

Lawyers Ready to Rumble Over Tila Tequila Sex Tape

“This is extortion and my lawyers are fully aware and are fighting back by filing an injunction against him,” Tila said. “I will make sure he goes to jail for this.”

She has actually hired the same lawyer Cameron Diaz retained back in 2003 when a photographer tried extorting $3.5 million to not release nude photos of the star in his possession.

Tila Tequila most surely is balking at the release of the sex tape for financial reasons only, and definitely not for concerns of modesty. She reportedly recently finished shooting a porn film produced by Vivid Entertainment that has not yet been released.
