Despite the fact that apparently we're all out of our minds crazy in love with the latest 3D technology, the producers of Twilight: Breaking Dawn have decided against making the movie in that format.
Awww... but have no fear. It's a possibility for the future.
According to MTV News, we'll have to wait for the DVD release to see Bella Swan (Kristen Stewart) in vampire birthing agony after she finally gets down with Edward Cullen (Robert Pattinson) in the next installment of the wildly popular series. And that goes for both Part 1 and Part 2...
Gossip Cop originally broke the story with an inside source and puts it this way: "Neither film is being shot in 3-D," the source told the site, adding that any other buzz from the rumor mill was "fabricated."
But in the MTV version the stars of the movie are reportedly very disappointed by the news. Even Taylor Lautner is on record as saying he thought the 3D angle would make for a satisfying twist to close the series.
