How much chocolate is sold during Halloween?

I just read this in "Woman's Day" magazine.  I was amazed at the amount.  They say that 90 million pounds of chocolate are sold during Halloween week.  That is more than double the amount sold for Valentine's Day.  Would you have guessed that much?

No I wouldn't have........but it makes me wonder how much Chocolate is sold in a year at Hershey Park.

That is a lot of candy. Last year it seemed that the stores didn't carry as much Halloween candy. I think because of the economy they didn't want to get stuck with lots of extra candy after Halloween.

I heard on the news they expect Halloween sales to increase this year compared to last. I was on oriental trading company this morning and bought Halloween silly bandz and stickers.
