- 1 vegan chicken patty
- Whole-wheat buns
- A dollop of marinara sauce
- Vegan mozzarella cheese, to taste (DaiyaÂ brand is best)
It's simple:Â Just microwave the chicken patty according to the directions on the box.Â Then, microwave the marinara sauce for about 45 seconds, or until warm. Pile some vegan cheese onto the chicken patty, and pop it back in the microwave for another 45 seconds, or until the cheese is all melted.Â Slide that bad boy onto a bun, pour on the sauce, and bellissimo!, vegan chicken parmesan from the microwave.
