It is the reunion many have been waiting for. Two actresses best known for their role on NBC's hit series "Friends" are reuniting on the small screen later this month, and now fans have been given a small taste of just what will happen on the "Cougar Town" episode that will kick off season two for the series.
It was announced just a few weeks ago that Jennifer Aniston would be joining the "Cougar Town" star Courtney Cox on the series as the therapist to Cox's character named Bonnie. Julie feels at ease with the shrink, but once she finds out just how the shrink operates that might change. Just how close the two become also causes some tension between Julie and her other friends.
The man behind the series, producer Bill Lawrence, says to expect to see more of Aniston passed the one episode appearance in the season premiere, according to Ace Showbiz. Could this become a recurring role for Aniston? That certainly seems to be the case!
Jennifer Aniston and Courtney Cox are also real life best friends. This could only add to their on screen chemisty. However, as any fan of "Friends" knows, these two had on-screen chemistry in spades. The friendship of Monica and Rachel on the NBC series was a main focal point during the run of the series. It should be interesting to see the pair together again!
Jennifer Aniston is appearing in "Cougar Town" 2.01 titled 'All Mixed Up.' The season two premiere of the series is set for September 22nd on ABC. Do you plan to tune in?
