Why Can't I See the Google Dots?

My husband called me and told me to go to the Google page. He said today Google had the "running dots" on their logo. I went to Google and I only saw the plain old Google logo. I even googled "Google dots" and saw a lot of blogs talking about the Google dots. But I just can't see it!!! It's the same "http://www.google.com" URL. I don't understand! Why do I see different than others? Can you see the Google dots? That's discrimination!

You're possibly using Internet Explorer, (the bane of web developers everywhere) or possibly just an old version of a real browser.
I thought I read it used Javascript & CSS, not Java, but I might have misread.

It's cool to check out if you get it working, though. You can even shake your browser window and make the dots move.

Interesting. I tried it in IE at work & it wouldn't display, but it was an old version. 6, I think.

I'm using E 8 and just typed in www.google.com. Ther are dots runing around all over until they come together to spell google.

Not sure what you mean by dots but then google comes up with stuff all the time - join the dots team etc.. google has plenty to go on with - they keep you guessing too - thanks for sharing :-))
