Many shows are airing their season premieres the week of September 20th, and Supernatural is one of them. Â Its sixth season will premiere on Friday, September 24th, on The CW at 9PM with "Exile on Main Street." Â Last season's finale saw a few major changes: Dean went off to try the "apple pie life," Sam went to hell while acting as Lucifer's vessel, and Castiel was blown to pieces only to be brought back by God.
What's Different About Season 6?

Misha Collins, who plays the angel Castiel on Supernatural has revealed that his character will be involved in some action scenes this season. Â Everyone's been wondering what will change about Castiel, since he was gaining some humanity while hanging around the Winchester brothers. Â So what has he said about him being involved in action? Â "In episode three ["The Third Man"]...Castiel gets to crush Sam's [Jared Padalecki] car, with his body as a projectile." Â (SpoilerTV has photos here and here that seem like they could be from such a scene.) Â Ouch! Â That sounds (and looks) like it's got to hurt--except he seemed to have all his "angel mojo" back at the end of the season 5 finale when he healed Dean's (Jensen Ackles) bruises and brought Bobby (Jim Beaver) back to life. Â The show's executive producers have also said that Castiel is "more powerful" now. Â However, Collins did say that "there's [an] undercurrent of things going on in season six that [hint that] everything is a little off and things are not what they seem." Â That's not exactly uncommon on the series, but it seems like fans will just have to wait until "The Third Man" airs on October 8th to see what the story is behind Castiel landing on the car and if he comes out unscathed.
What do you think of this news? Â What are you hoping to see from Castiel and the rest of the characters in season 6 of Supernatural?

I just don't like this "things are not what they seem" comment. Who does it pertain too, Sam, Dean, Castiel or is it going to be something to do with the Campbell family.
I just think the guys have been through enough the last couple of seasons, they need some peace. I think I am afraid we are going to get half way through the season or all the way through and it is all going to be a dream or something.
I don't know if I am making a sense or if I really know how to explain what I mean.
No I don't suspect they will not get any peace, just maybe not such a heavy weight of the world on their shoulders kind of life.
