On September 23rd, viewers will be tuning into Fox at 8PM for the season 6 premiere, "The Mastodon in the Room," of Bones. Â Perhaps you're considering watching My Generation (ABC), The Vampire Diaries (The CW), Community and 30 Rock (NBC), or The Big Bang Theory and S#*! My Dad Says (CBS) instead. Â But surely fans are looking forward to the big reunion between Brennan (Emily Deschanel) and Booth (David Boreanaz), and why wouldn't you be tuning in for that?
Promo - Surprise From Angela & Hodgins
The promo (below) that Fox has recently been airing for "The Mastodon in the Room" shows Bones and Booth saying "welcome home" to each other as they stand in the lab, and exhibits can be seen in the background. Â Next you see them in the diner and Hannah (Katheryn Winnick) walks in. Â Booth greets her with a kiss and Bones turns around to watch (though this isn't from the premiere, since Hannah reportedly won't be in that episode). Â She wants to know if the relationship is serious, but they don't show an answer from him. Â The promo also announces that Angela (Michaela Conlin) is pregnant, and she and Hodgins (T.J. Thyne) will be parents. Â They look happy about it. Â Hodgins tells the others he has an announcement to make, but Angela interrupts saying, "we're going to go home," so it seems like she may want to keep it a secret, at least for a little while--unless that's just to trick the fans. Â The promo ends on an amusing note, with Booth saying he's "like a jungle cat" with a little growl and hand motion.
