The Lebanon Baptist Church opened in Beirut in 1987 and is apparently doing quite well.

The president is always a Maronite Christian, the prime minister a Suni Muslim and the Speaker of Parliament a Shia Muslim. Seats in parliament are allocated half and half between Christians and Muslims. According to the CIA Factbook, Lebanon is about 60% Muslim and 40% Christian.
