Shakira may face fine for new music video (Video)

It looks like Shakira might be following in the footsteps of Erykah Badu. In her new music video for A Hell's Angel, Shakira did some things that are illegal in Spain, where she was filming.

Not only was she dancing in a public fountain, but she was also "riding on the back of a motorcycle not wearing a helmet" (Just Jared). Both of these things are against the law in Barcelona, Spain, and evidently Shakira did not have permission from the local authorities.

Also according to Just Jared, authorities are currently investigating and may slap Shakira with a fine! It seems like the people that were in charge of filming the video didn't do their job. Don't these celebs have people to check out stuff like this? It's not really fair for law enforcement to bend the rules just because Shakira is famous, so it's quite possible that she will get fined.
