True Blood’s Stephen Moyer and Anna Paquin are married. The pair tied the knot on Saturday night in Malibu. Familiar names on hand for the Paquin-Moyer wedding included Elijah Wood, Carrie Preston, and Michael Emerson.
Like many recent celeb weddings, Anna and Stephen’s Malibu wedding was private and personal. The True Blood stars, Moyer and Paquin got married at a private home “across the street from the beach,†according to an US Magazine report.
Moyer and Paquin got engaged about a year ago, after nearly a year of dating. Their relationship followed on the heels of beginning their work as Sookie Stackhouse and Bill Compton on HBO’s True Blood.
The pair was initially concerned about coming clean with cast and crew about their relationship. Moyer was quoted as saying, “It was very important to me that the cast and crew…didn’t feel it was fickle.†With this new marriage on the books, he doesn’t need to worry about looking fickle.
