This summer has been very troubling as a pattern of anti-Christian activity and Christian bashing is emerging all across the country! Faithful ministers and courageous Christian witnesses are being unlawfully hindered and even arrested for simply sharing the gospel and declaring God's truth.
We reported last month that four peaceful Christian evangelists were arrested at an Arab Festival in Dearborn, Michigan and are now facing trial. Their video cameras that recorded the arrests were seized by the police. The Christians said they were arrested because of religion, the police arrested them for disorderly conduct.
Eventually, after weeks their cameras were returned and the video they contained was finally seen. The video proves that the Christians were NOT causing a disturbance at all. They were peacefully engaging in conversation with festival attendees about Christ when the police abruptly rushed in and arrested them.
This same group of Christians was falsely arrested last year at the same Arab festival. Eventually, all those charges against them were dropped. But now the Dearborn police have violated their civil rights again.
THIS IS JUST THE BEGINNING!
In Philadelphia, two evangelists were arrested for peacefully witnessing on a public sidewalk outside of a Mosque. Their cameras with video of the unlawful arrest were also confiscated, but the video evidence was destroyed while in police custody.
In Charlotte, North Carolina, a disabled African-American pastor was arrested after preaching on a public sidewalk across the street from an abortion clinic that targets minorities. Â
In Washington DC, just a few short blocks from the White House, a Presbyterian minister was arrested because he knelt to pray on the public sidewalk in front of Planned Parenthood. His charges were eventually dropped, but he has bravely determined to go back again and assert his Constitutional right to peacefully pray and preach in public.
In Chicago, a man was arrested after peacefully praying on the sidewalk outside a Planned Parenthood. Pro-lifer Joe Holland was arrested for allegedly engaging in disorderly conduct.
A video of the event shows that an abortion clinic worker intentionally entrapped the peacefully praying Christian. She purposefully made her way to get within a few feet of him. Then Planned Parenthood called the police and had Joe arrested for violating the city's unconstitutional bubble zone ordinance.
The ordinance prohibits anyone from engaging in protest outside an abortion clinic within eight feet of a person without their consent. This is a clear violation of the First Amendment and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals agreed. It struck down similar abortion clinic bubble zone restrictions in Pittsburgh.Â
But that won't keep corrupt politicians who profit from abortion blood money from enacting and enforcing these ordinances and deprive Christians of their religious liberty and free speech. The charges against Joe Holland have been dropped, but the unconstitutional bubble zone ordinance remains. Another Christian was arrested just a few days later at the same place for the same violation.
Do you see the malicious pattern?
First, Christians are falsely arrested with trumped up or unconstitutional charges. Then, they are illegally detained and denied their civil rights. Next, in order to try to avoid legal accountability or political embarrassment, the charges are dropped.
I tell you all these troubling stories because they go unreported in the main stream media. Christians care about their brothers and sisters and are concerned about their liberty, but they simply don't know what is happening or what to do.
This is why CADC exists! We won't let these attacks go unanswered and we get results!
CADC called for an investigation of the Dearborn, Michigan Police Department, and their Police Chief, Haddad. After flooding the Police Oversight committee in the Michigan legislature with calls, a resolution was introduced urging the State Attorney General to investigate the arrests.
This is exactly the kind of direct action and accountability that is essential for preserving our liberties! But, we can and must do more! We must continue to grow our army of activists and increase our ability to influence the culture.
To do so, it is imperative that we expand our media outreach.
We have an ambitious new internet outreach campaign planned for this fall to reach multiplied tens of thousands of Christians who need to join our team. To do so we must invest in upgrading our technology, e-mail and website. These upgrades are absolutely necessary and the benefits will be great. Our website will be easier for you to navigate and we have plans to provide some exciting, new innovative content.
With this new opportunity, the potential to grow CADC's impact and effectiveness is incredible. Many Christians don't stand up and speak out because they don't feel adequately equipped. CADC will be able to equip tens of thousands more Christians
In order to take effectively launch this campaign we really need your prayers. Satan will no doubt try to hinder this effort and we truly need God's protection.
When you pray, will you ask God to guide you in your giving for CADC?
The attacks this summer are proof that we must act now to preserve our freedoms, or else lose them forever! Most churches and ministries remain silent, even as radical secularists and Muslim Jihadists try to push Christians behind the four walls of our churches.
With your faithful prayers we will expand our presence on the frontlines of the battle for the soul of America.
Thank you for partnering with me. Â
Speaking the Truth in Love,

A few years ago a large national chain of shopping malls adopted some outrageous policies. If you dared to engage in conversations on their property about religion or politics or wear clothing with political or religious messages they would have you arrested. Pastor Matthew Snatchko learned this the hard way.
Â
After engaging in peaceful conversations about Christ with other patrons in the mall, security was called. Even though the shoppers had agreed to talk with Snatchko, he was arrested.
Â
Thankfully the charges against Pastor Snatchko were dropped and these arbitrary rules have been determined to be in violation of his constitutional rights. A California appellant court ruled they were presumptively unconstitutional because they were vague and discriminatory.
Praise God for this victory and for the courage of Pastor Snatchko to challenge such an un-American restriction of free speech.
And: The Disorderly Conduct That Wasn't

If a student cannot read a Bible in school after lunch or during study hall or free period, that's persecution. If they are barred from mentioning the name of Jesus, that's persecution. If an employee can be fired for wearing a cross - even though it hidden - that's persecution.
People must really be afraid to hear about their sins... Does religion scare people that much... Just because they try to shut it up(as Madeline Ohare wanna be's) do they think that they will get a free pass on judgement day? Ignorance is no excuse when they stand before God... I think that most of them are uneducated to what is said, in the Bible, but when they hear of the sins part, they know then that they have committed some of these sins and dont want to own up to it...God isnt going to go away just because these people wont let him in.... He is still there and he wont forsake us... At least they cant take the prayer part from us.....
