On Friday, Zsa Zsa Gabor had surgery on a blood clot that happened while she was recuperating from her recent hip replacement surgery.
Friday afternoon an ambulance was sent to Gabor's home to take her to the emergency room according to her publicist, John Blanchette. She will treated over the next few days.
Gabor's husband, Frederic von Anhalt told Blanchette by phone that Gabor was in great pain and was bleeding from her hip.
On July 17, the 93 year old broke her hip during a fall at her home. This past week she had hip-replacement surgery at UCLA Ronald Regan Medical Center and was released on Wednesday.
Hopefully she will be ok and have no more complications from this surgery. This kind of surgery is hard and difficult when someone older has to have it. Prayers and good thoughts to the Gabor family.
