I read an article on the Weight Watcher's site today about "Revamping Your Image" which is very helpful for encouraging people to feel good about losing weight:
Check yourself out in a new pair of jeans and then an old pair of jeans. The difference could really make your day! Take new pictures along the way during your weight loss. You'll be so happy to see the improvements and how healthy you are starting to look along the way, especially if you're exercising more!
This Summer has been so hot and humid that I haven't been able to lose the weight I anticipated, but I'm really starting to crack down on getting my daily walks in and tracking my food and activities. I'm looking forward to the Fall and longer walks soon!
