The spotlight section will return tomorrow. I have a new computer and so far we are not getting along very well. I hope to have mastered it by tomorrow.

August Genre Creative Challenge WRITING

We have 723 members surely this will appeal to many I would hope. Less than 10 percent ever contribute to the group challenge. Maybe this will perk your interest. If not let me know what will. Thanks.

Judge is Angela A. for the writing challenge. She has chosen a mystery. Here are the requirements for the months writing challenge.

The new Topic for August will be, drum roll please...
The butler did it. The challenge is to write a mystery. And, not any old mystery you have to make it to where the butler did it. Some way in which the reader would never suspect.
Put in red herrings, put in disposable clues that make no sense. Whatever, as long as you have fun.

It can be a poem, short story, drabble(500 words or less)
As long as it's fiction.
And, of course 1500 words or less maximum
3 chapters total. if a story
