Yesterday at Gather I came across THREE gather articles that were gay bashing.
Today might be a small measure of good news for the gay community, to make up for all the hate, here.
The job of the Courts is to protect the civil rights of the minority from the tyranny of the majority.
Federal judge, Chief U.S. District Judge Vaughn Walker has reached a decision in a landmark case on whether California’s same-sex marriage ban violates the constitutional rights of gays.
The ruling is scheduled to be released TODAY, August 4th between 1 and 3 PM.
Â
Supporters argued the ban was necessary to safeguard the traditional understanding of marriage and to encourage responsible childbearing.
Opponents said that tradition or fears of harm to heterosexual unions were legally insufficient grounds to discriminate against gay couples.
Â
It would be just a small measure of good news if the judge rules for gays to have equal rights, because no matter how he rules, it will be appealed by the losing side. The case would go first to the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals. And then that would be appealed and it would go to the Supreme Court (if the high court justices agree to review it).
Â
Â
(And remember to BOYCOTT TARGET for giving big money to anti-gay anti-civil rights politicians who sound like the second coming of Anita Bryant !!!)

Oh, I did buy a 3 pack of guitar strings at the music store within a store last year. It was the best deal I could find.
Here comes the funny part, I love it, a comment all of us should have thought of, it made me laugh and I think it will make you laugh too. This guy is sharp.
"They should ban straight couples from marriage, they are the ones having GAY BABIES.
I hope things go well.
