Tomorrow (hopefully!) I will begin my second stint in rehab. It has been a long hard road, and my husband has given me the ultimatum. I can not afford to use again. I will lose everything. I need to make plans for my new life.

Kati, have your read "The Power of Now" by Eckhart Tolle? It has been a lifeline for me. It's extremely practical, based on Zen teachings; probably one of the wisest contemporary books ever written.
