Lindsay Lohan doesn't seem to understand the severity of the situation she's in. Facing 90 days in jail starting July 20, Lohan seems to be skirting the issue and hoping that she won't end up going to jail after all.
PEOPLE magazine has reported that a high profile Chicago attorney met with Lindsay, her mom, Dina and sister, Ali to discuss what to do from here. Lindsay's former attorney quit after the probation violation hearing last week in which the judge and prosecutor showed no mercy for a sobbing lindsay, instead sentencing her to a 90 day jail stint.
The attorney said Lindsay "just doesn't get it". He also called her a "fragile lost child" and said he was afraid that she might harm herself.
However, the lawyer still decided not to take Lindsay's case - probably because he figures she's had enough chances to fix things but she keeps messing up.
He thinks that Lindsay should move out of Los Angeles and the Hollywood lifestyle of which she has grown so attached to. Obviously, the constant partying and lifestyle that Lindsay leads is not going to help her case -or her recovery. There are too many temptations for her in LA and getting out would probably be the best idea. Hopefully, Lindsay can get it together and realize what is at stake before it's too late.
