British Divorcee Catherine Davis is the newest addition to the Real Housewives of Washington DC cast...but she is better known as the woman with whom Prince Harry had a make-out session with four years ago!
The 38-year old is 13 years older than the third in line to the British Throne, who was 21 at the time of said incident. In an interview with the Daily Mail, Davis described the incident: "Harry lifted me off the floor and kissed me. I'm only 7st and he was holding me off the floor, kissing me. He must be at least 6ft 3in. I was absolutely speechless. I was against the wall and he literally lifted me off the floor and gave me a lovely kiss which I was stunned by. It was a long and lovely kiss. Afterwards I didn't say anything - I was genuinely, completely blown away."
Davis' new fame as the newest member of what is inevitably going to be a drama-filled Real Housewife cast is sure to bring up unpleasant conversations between Prince Harry and his longtime on and off again girlfriend Chelsy Davey, to whom he was still involved with when Davis and Prince Harry had their encounter. According to the Daily Mail, "The couple have always had a tempestuous relationship and last year split up for almost six months after a series of rows about Harry's level of commitment and rumours of infidelities."
This is definitely not the type of information Davey is going to like, nor (I think) will the royal family be pleased either. But for Davis, this is a great intro to the drama that the latest Housewife can bring to the show.
Is the Real Housewives of Washington DC going to be the most drama-filled season yet? If this is any indication...yes!
