The Real Housewives of New York City star, Kelly Bensimon has tongues wagging about her diet. Some have even coined it a starvation diet. The reality star says that she eats around 700 calories a day. A healthy diet for her weight would be closer to 1500 calories per day. She reveals her diet in the video below:

If more of the stars were real then maybe some of us "normal" people would want to be more like that. I for one don't plan on starving myself to be thin. Yes I would like to lose a few extra pounds but I'm not going to do it the idiotic way!
