Easy isn't always better because easy doesn't motivate and it's not fulfilling. Successful careers are built on motivation and intensity, not ease. You could certainly find an easier job than the one you have, but easy doesn't bring out the best in people and their professional potential. And why would you settle for anything less than your utmost potential? Stop looking for easy because it's not a
factor in success.
