Lindsay Lohan Sentenced to 90 Days in Jail!

Lindsay Lohan was in court today facing charges stemming from her probation violations after her 2007 DUI arrest.  Judge Marsha Revel sentenced Lohan to serve 90 days in jail based on three separate charges, for 30 days each.  Lohan immediately burst into tears after the sentencing.

Initially the judge asked that Lohan surrender herself immediately, but Lindsay's attorney, Shawn Chapman Holley requested that she be given two weeks time to prepare herself. During the two week period Lohan will continue to wear the Scram ankle bracelet she has been sporting.  After her 90 day jail term, she has also been ordered to enter a 90 day rehab program.

I heard this on the news. In my opinion she's either stupid or she thinks she is above the law. Maybe 90 days in jail will be enough time for her to realize that drug and alcohol abuse isn't a good thing.
