Well, this is the first week I've felt a bit discouraged since joining Weight Watcher's 8 weeks ago. Aside from our Friday night anniversary dinner last week, I've stayed on the plan all week. I didn't even use my extra weekly points that WW says you can use. But then, I never have used those much. I'll use a few here & there, but never all 35 of them! Usually maybe about 5-8 of them over the week. But, even so, I gained. *sigh* It's not alot, and it could be something as simple as excess water weight, I suppose. And I did gain MORE than they recommend last week. Another person in my group tonight said that has happened to her, and usually when she had a high weight loss the week before. So, that encouraged me a bit.
I'm not giving up, by any means. Just have to expect the little pitfalls here & there.
