Perez Hilton was on The Joy Behar Show tonight, (video below) and does not regret linking to the upskirt shot of Miley Cyrus on Twitter, that is causing such a commotion. Nor is Perez apologizing and would put the picture up again, if the company that owns the scandalous picture, would allow him. He did say that he agrees with Miley, who basically said Perez was being an idiot, but he followed that up with "I'm having fun." Yeah at the expense of a teenage girl.
He and Joy argued about photographers taking the picture in the first place, with Perez saying, Miley's been around the block, and basically, should know better than to exit a vehicle in a provocative way when there are photographers around. Joy responded, to the extent of Miley, is 17 years old and people shouldn't be trying to take pictures like that, because its wrong.
I have said it before and I will say it again. What Perez did was wrong, tasteless, and I think the man should be charged, for what he did. He's not the only one that should be charged. The person that took the photo, and the person that did the editing, should be right there with him. Its wrong! Plain and simple. Miley is not an adult. It doesn't matter what Miley is wearing. Nor does it matter what she has done in the past or present. She's young and making mistakes that she will have to learn from. That's part of growing up. Perez is adult, and therefore, fully responsible for what he did. To say he would do it again, shows he hasn't got a bit of class, and I am glad corporations are pulling their ads from his website. If he wants to be this tasteless and classless, I would rather him go broke and have to go back to menial work, that doesn't allow him the chance to do something like this again.

What if it were the other way around? How would he feel?
"Jeffrey Douglas, a Los Angeles criminal defense attorney who specializes in child pornography cases, told Salon that Hilton's liability is "extraordinary and intense" and that it was "suicidal for him to do this." He added: "We're not talking about a misdemeanor. You don't have to know what the definition of the law is; all you have to do is knowingly distribute the photograph" -- which Hilton, or someone with access to his Twitter account, most certainly did. It doesn't matter much whether Hilton took the photo, owns the photo or published the photo -- as long as he knowingly distributed the link."
