Perez Hilton addresses the Miley Cyrus Upskirt scandal. (See the VIDEO here.)

Perez Hilton in his fake fur, took to the internet air waves for a new Perez TV video, to give an explanation about his posting of a supposed upskirt shot of Miley Cyrus, in which she supposedly wasn't wearing underwear. Of course, the flamboyant Hilton could be serious, but he did go on to say something to the extent of, did we actually think he would be stupid enough to post a picture that was against the law? Umm well. It wouldn't surprise me, but that is just my opinion.

Perez Hilton has made a name for himself, becoming somewhat of a Howard Sterns shock blog jock. What he did, even in jest, wasn't right. It was tasteless and he did it to a minor. Granted, Miley hasn't been acting with the greatest common sense for some time now, but still, it is just going way over the edge to throw something like that on the internet and not expect hoopla from her fans and many, many others. Why her parents haven't hunted him down is beyond me. Of course, Daddy Cyrus lets his daughter get away with far too much, in my opinion.

Not to mention... If the pic was no big deal, why did he take it down? Why not leave it up to show the world just how innocent and intelligent he is? What do you think? Feel free to leave a comment below!
