This past weekend "The Karate Kid" brought in $56 million on its opening weekend. Like father like son? The film stars Will Smith's son, Jaden Smith. Perhaps he learned a thing or two from his successful pop.
"The Karate Kid" is a remake of the 1984 hit and stars along with Smith, Jackie Chan and is set in Beijing.
"The A-Team," which brought in $ 26 million was a bit of a disappointment.
