Plastic surgery queen and reality TV star Heidi Montag has officially filed for separation from husband Spencer Pratt. Montag filed the separation papers in Santa Monica on Tuesday, citing irreconcilable differences.

Heidi Montag began dating fellow The Hills star Spencer Pratt during the series. They became engaged in May of 2007, but later broke off their engagement. The two finally married in November, 2008 at a private ceremony in Mexico. They married again in California on April 25, 2009.
