not again

hi all.

i went to the doctor again, and, much more has been found wrong with me.

the LEAST of my problems is that I am anemic.

unfortunately, i get winded easily, and have been light headed lately.

a bone in my right hand did not heal well. There is/are "bone spur's" that are hindering my right thumb and there is/are more "bone spur's" in other area's of my right hand, hindering my finger's movement.

right now; i am typing with just my left hand. frustrating, to say the least.

my right hand is in a splint more restrictive than one for that carpal tunnel.

i will see a specialist next may. that is the way of medicaid here in Missouri.

i have had 4 blood tests, and the doc aint saying why.

of course, I am scared.

and now you know why i aint been around much lately.

i miss being as active as I was here.

unfortunately, i now understand the old joke about being as useful as a one armed (wall) paper hanger.

Gosh Ed, sorry to hear this. What can be done about the bone spur? I guess you will soldier on as Tamerlane said. What are you doing for pain? Or is that a stupid question?

LOL. I wish I had some of the sweet leaf. it has been about a year since the last search, but because i am flapping my yap about medical marijuana, i get hassled.
i am seriously thinking about taking my case state wide when Missouri votes ON medical marijuana next year.

the wait is because I am on medicaid.
IF my gp was to stop taking medicaid, I would wait for up to 3 years just to see a new gp that would take medicaid.
medicaid pay is low and slow.

i totally agree, but I go one farther. Marijuana should be re-legalized.

so sorry Ed. I have bone spurs in my left elbow, and tought othoroscopically, it has been cleaned up, it grew back and i can't straighten my left are completely. Not hearing about blood tests is frull of trepidation but it is better to be thorough than not to know. Chin up!

I have carpel tunnel.....so I can imagine a brace worse...I wear my bowling brace a lot because it lets me do more.
I have bone spurs in both of my heels but sure can't imagine having them in my hands.

While my situation isn't exactly like yours I relate. I still have my specialists but I dropped my every day doctor. This means I dont have a every day doctor I been calling for some to take me and many won't. I dropped him because I went from 4 pills to 12 in a years time I feel like a walking zombie. He wants to add more pills that is when I dropped him.

I was supposed to eave heard something by yesterday so I called, and most of the results are not in.
I asked about what was in and was told to talk to the doctor after they are all in.
