After 40 years of marriage, Al and Tipper Gore are separating. There's no claims of infidelity, just that they "have grown apart". What? You got kids and grandkids together, you spent more than half of your life being married to this parson and you've "grown apart"? I'm not stupid, I do know marriages fall apart because the couple has grown apart. But after 40 years?
Plus I do wonder, especially since they made a point that neither are having affairs - is that true or is it just something they are saying right now? Does one of them have somebody waiting in the wings for them?
It just seems to me to be very unusual for a couple married 40 years, a couple that appeared in public to be happy, to be splitting.....maybe I'm the weird one...

now the news needs to back off and let them decide what they are oging to do.
How would you feel if your husband was never home? Maybe she's tired of the road, maybe she doesn't want to travel with him....
This is only news because of who he is.....
I think the news, and the paparazzi should find something more substantial to report on, but that's just my honests not so humble opinion.

But I think it was wrong that the 'story' was broken by a friend and not Al Gore or his wife.
What does that say about their friends? That one of em sold them down the river for money? ===I'm not sayign that's what happened, but it is possible....Now we will see all the rumors in the tabloids.
