That was the question on most everyone's lips when they saw the tennis phenom's outfit of choice for Day 1 of the French Open as Venus Williams played in an outfit that looked like she was a star in Moulin Rouge rather than on the tennis court.
She wore a corset-style dress that was black and lacy with red trim and had some see-through effects working.
And although she won't be winning any best dressed awards, she did win the match 6-3, 6-3 against Patty Schnyder.
