Spring has officially sprung here in Flint and the surrounding area, meaning no more snow anyway. That means that the grill needs to be brought, dusted off, fueled up, and permanently planted on the patio, or wherever yours might call home for the spring and summer. Now that Memorial Day is approaching it's time to compile the grilling recipes you might have and to share them: sources may include various cooking blogs, magazines, cookbooks, family hand-me-downs or whatever collection is your muse.
Recipes posted in the Swartz Creek neck of the woods for the 2010 holiday will range from grilling seafood to veggies to meat and chicken. In fact, there is nothing that cannot be cooked on the grill. Heck, even pizza and desserts can be grilled. The flavor is out of this world.
Enjoy and be safe this holiday season!

I know that you and Larry do not watch Survivor...I caught your mini-conversation on my post last night. Funny you don't watch the show but I think both of you have commented on almost every Survivor post I've made...I've been writing about it since 2006. If that's not friendship, I don't know what is!!!!
