So do multiple books printed together in one book count? If so, I just finished two and I'm onto the next that has 4 in it. =)

Joann, read next "Just Take My Heart" by Mary Higgins Clark, because I want to know if she is still a good author after writing so many books.

I just started a book last night because school is out. I have yet to finish Stiff, which I promise will be soon. :)
So far this year I haven't read anything but school books and I surely didn't read those back to front so I can't count those in. :)

My problem is that I am a serial reader. I attack three to four books at a time and try to keep them organized. Sometimes it works and sometimes ....

I did not actually make a goal on how many books I wanted to read this year but I am keeping track. I am on my 9th book this year. I found a website called goodreads.com where people write reviews on books. When you set up an account you can keep track of your books, books you want to read and all sorts of other things. I love the site. I am currently reading Mary Mrs. Lincoln. So far it is pretty good and much different from what I normally read.

I'm so honored that my book is on the list! I just read Sandra Brown's latest paperback, and really liked it, but I left it with Cristina in Germany and I can't even remember the title!

Now trying to read James Mitchner's "The Source" . Just could not get into it the first time. Now I am enjoying it more.

I have read 13 books so far this year as well - 6 in Jan & Feb and 7 in March and April, and posted two summay reports on Gather. Check it out if you are interested.

Seems we need to speed up a little to reach the 50 books goal. :)

good goal...alas, I used to read about 50 books a year, a bit harder now unless I count what I read to my 4 year old!

Just posted about Hotel on Corner of Bitter and Sweet, I'd recommend it.
