Try these food--
Eat a nut filled breakfast. Stir peanut butter into oatmeal for ultra energizing protein. The oat fiber slows your body's absorption of carbs which gives you long lasting, slow burning fuel.
Combine some skim milk with fat free plain yogurt and frozen blueberries. The antioxidants of the blueberries zap energy draining free radicals, a health plus, and an amino acid in yogurt helps energize you by increasing your heart rate.
Combine fat free cottage cheese with grape tomatoes and some olives and eat with 100% whole wheat toast. This is a combo of protein, fiber and iron--this will increase your metabolism and burn those calories.
These few changes can take away that sluggish tired feeling.

1/4 cup of Quaker brand old fashioned oats
1 tablespoon Skippy creamy peanutbutter
2 tablespoons of Sue Bee honey
Mix it until well blended this really gives me a lift.
