People is reporting that Sandra Bullock and Jesse James adopted a baby boy several years ago. The boy, named Louis Bardo Bullock, was born in New Orleans. Bullock is shown on the new cover of People magazine holding him up joyously. Reportedly, Bullock and James started the adoption process four years ago, and brought the new baby home this past January. They chose to keep the adoption news to themselves until after the Oscars. That's of course when all hell broke loose with the Jesse James mistress situation. A Sandra Bullock and Jesse James divorce has been initiated.
Bullock told People about Louis:
"He's just perfect, I can't even describe him any other way," Bullock reveals exclusively in the new issue of PEOPLE, announcing that she is the proud mother of Louis Bardo Bullock, a 3½-month-old boy, born in New Orleans. "It's like he's always been a part of our lives."
Reportedly, the Sandra Bullock adoption is being finalized by Sandra as a single parent, following the Jesse James cheating situation. Bullock also reported to People in the latest issue that yes, she has indeed filed for a divorce. She describes her emotions as "sad and scared." A rep for Sandra Bullock confirmed that she has filed divorce papers but would not say in which jurisdiction they have been filed. The 41-year-old Jesse James just recently returned home after his 30-day stay at a rehab clinc. He has also publicly apologized to Bullock and their 3 children, but it appears Sandra has made her mind up.

This is such a sad situation. I really wish things had turned out different for Sandra, Jesse and their family.
I suppose I will never understand the actions of men like Tiger Woods and Jesse James. Gotta love the new 'sexual addiction' label for cheating now and the latest parade of 'stars' needing professional self control classes. I am more inclined to believe it is just for PR purposes more than getting any actual help though.
