As Americans we can try to deny it, but media has a big impact on our lives. Media tells us who to like and why to like them, it tells us how to behave, but has it had an effect on what teen girls look for in relationships? With millions of teen girls begging for more Edward, books and movies are popping up with similar plots, leaving girls to think this is the way a normal relationship works. In reality all these teen heroes are nothing more then works of pure fiction. What is your take on this? If you're a teen have you noticed a change in your, or your friends relationships due to Twilight? What about the parents? Would you want your daughter dating someone like Edward, who may be abusive towards Bella?

So, maybe the Team Jacob supporters can get across to girls that they deserve to be treated better.
Any girls who expect the romance as in Twilight is bound to be bitten by reality. I hope Princess Spanky Pants is right about it just being another show. Since teens today watch movies a dozen times or so, it seems a better chance for affecting their lives than before.
