WWE Extreme Rules results - Extreme Rules 2010 PPV winners!

WWE Extreme Rules results are now official.  Extreme Rules from 1st Mariner Arena in Baltimore, Maryland has ended as of 11PM EST on Sunday April 25, 2010. Tonight's event featured seven matches with special rules and stipulations.  There was also a new match added at the start of the event by Smackdown General Manager Theodore Long.  Check out the final 2010 Extreme Rules results and PPV matches recap here.

Tonight's Extreme Rules Pay-Per-View from World Wrestling Entertainment featured some of the top names in wrestling.  John Cena defended his WWE Championship against Batista in a Wrestlemania 26 rematch.  However, this was no ordinary match as the two fought in a "Last Man Standing match."  The wrestler who was unable to answer a referee's 10 count would lose the match, giving the "last man standing" the WWE Title.

Also, Triple H battled Sheamus in a Street Fight where all weapons were legal including steel chairs, pipes, kendo sticks, trash cans and sledgehammers.  Jack Swagger put his World Heavyweight title on the line against Randy Orton in an "Extreme Rules" match where anything was legal.  CM Punk fought against Rey Mysterio and hoped to keep his head from being shaved bald.  Also, Womens Champion Michelle McCool defended her title against The Glamazon Beth Phoenix.  Their match was an "Extreme Makeover" match featuring makeup, ironing boards, hairspray and all sorts of unique "weapons".
