Sunrise Beach Walk

This morning I woke my boys up early, and at 6:30 a.m. we arrived at the beach. We were very ready for a swim in the ocean, but unfortunately it was just way too windy.

Instead my husband and I took the boys for a sunrise beach walk.

The beach is usually quiet at this time of the day, but today there was a run taking place on the broadwalk, so it was not quiet at all. Down by the water we were able to find some quiet though.

It was a beautiful morning, and watching the sun rise over the ocean is just one of those things that really puts things into perspective.
