The Dancing with the Stars elimination April 20 officially spelled doom for Kate Gosselin, who had been flirting with getting ousted for weeks. Meanwhile, the sports world continued to be well-represented, with Chad Ochocinco surviving a scare and Evan Lysacek and Erin Andrews continuing to roll.
Gosselin can now continue her career as a trashy, selfish reality star on some second-rate television show on a second-rate network. She can also continue to excel at what appears to be her full-time job: Ignoring her children, who, by the way, are also dealing with a nasty divorce between daddy and mommy.
Ochocinco, meanwhile, is lucky Gosselin was so obnoxious and bad. He turned in his first shaky showing in weeks and finished with one of the lower scores, but hung around after Gosselin got tossed.
Evan Lysacek and Erin Andrews, meanwhile, continue to steamroll through the competition. Both have wowed judges and fans alike and appear to be among the favorites, along with Pussycat Dolls performer Nichole Scherzinger.
