may I ask how you got 2 columns on the side of blogspot?
I wish I could get a column on each side of mine....but I'm told you have to pay someone to set that up for you?

Ugh, I just typed a huge response and it disappeared! And of course I forgot to copy it--I know you can relate:)

I found instructions online, but they didn't seem to work, but I looked in a book "Blogger: Beyond the BAsics"--maybe your library would have it. you can google "adding a sidebar to blogspot" or something like that.

Anyways, you change the width of the blog and each section to accommodate the new sidebar and then all it entails is copying and pasting some of the HTML and adding a little more and it is there. Easy if you have the instructions.

If you want to do it first make a new, private blog for practicing on. And I have read the "minima" template is the easiest to alter. I MAY be able to walk you thru it, but there is some code that would have to be sent to you and it would be easy to make a mistake, so I'd feel better for you to try elsewhere first.

There are also "free" templates on sites like "cutestblogontheblock" that may have 3 columns--I know some of these are safe, but some may not be. Let me know how you make out and if you want me to try to help.

I'm not sure if you follow Kevin "The SiteWizard" V.'s help posts but if you do you could stop by there and ask if he knew of where to find the instructions--he is very familiar with all that stuff!

Follow the link in the post and you will go to the page on the blog and you can enter--When I see it as "Dusty" I'll know it is you, you don't need to leave any contact info:)

Okay.....I left a comment there. I didn't realize that was all we had to do!! I'm still going to take a picture of my CVS when I remember to take my camera with me. I'm the only person on the planet who does not have a camera ready cell phone!!

It still isn't coming thru the moderation. Try this:
go to the homepage and click on the contest button on the top of the middle column and try to comment there.

I just left another comment. I think it's my fault. I was entering the comment and then I left the page. This time I scrolled back down and noticed that you have to type in a set of numbers / letters to authorize the publication. Hopefully it worked this time!!

It should say Dusty on it because I commented using my Google account!

Got it!! I am constantly running into problems ( a lot from lack of knowledge, so I always think it is me!). Thanks for the persistence--maybe it will pay off. I hope to have one a month with something to do with CVS shopping.
