Rapper mogul Jay-Z and a business partner is suing baseball slugger David Ortiz. Ortiz for Boston Red Sox is accused of naming his Dominican night club the 40/40 club, the same name as Jay-Z's night club.
Jay-Z is seeking $5 million in the lawsuit filed on Thursday against David.
Jay-Z has a chain of 40/40 clubs in Manhattan, Las Vegas and Atlantic City. The clubs that are called 40/40 represent the 40 home runs and the 40 base stealers that occured in one season.
