Bret Michaels Hospitalized For Emergency Appendectomy

Celebrity Apprentice contestant, Bret Michaels, was hospitalized Monday in Texas after being  rushed to the hospital with what he thought was a severe case of the flu. Instead, he underwent an emergency appendectomy.

"He remains in the hospital, is doing well and beginning the recovery progress," the rocker and reality-TV star's rep said in a statement.

The Poison frontman also suffers from Juvenile Diabetes.
